Follow the work
Walk us through a real example from start to finish. We’ll look at where the work begins, who owns each step, and where it gets stuck.
On-site Agent Boot Camp
We learn how your business works, then set up an agent for a workflow that matters. We configure its prompts and skills and train your team to run it, switch models, and manage usage costs.

Business workflow discovery
We have setups for common needs in different industries. A contractor might start with lead intake, a clinic with routine scheduling questions, or a service team with follow-up. The right setup depends on how your team handles the work today.
Walk us through a real example from start to finish. We’ll look at where the work begins, who owns each step, and where it gets stuck.
We’ll identify what the agent can handle, the tools and data it needs, and which decisions should stay with your team.
Pick a useful first job and try it with realistic examples. That gives us a basis for choosing the harness, skills, prompts, and model.
A deeper review can be necessary when the work spans several systems or teams, or when errors carry real consequences. Bring an example workflow and we’ll start there.
Hands-on setup and training
Bring a process your team handles regularly. We’ll define the agent’s job, give it the instructions and skills it needs, and work through the process with your team.
Install the harness and define what it should do, what information it needs, and when it should hand work to your team.
Run the workflow together. Practice editing prompts and skills so your team can adjust the agent as the work changes.
Learn to switch between available models, compare cost and quality on the same task, and track usage before choosing what to run.
Your agent setup
The harness is the environment your agent runs in. We’ll help choose one based on the job, the tools your team already uses, and the models you want available.
