These terms apply only to HighLevel agencies that purchase the $499 HighLevel Agency Bootcamp from AutoCraft Studios.
The guarantee. If your HighLevel agency saves five hours or less per week using the HighLevel agents and workflows covered in your bootcamp by the end of your first month, AutoCraft Studios will refund your full $499 bootcamp fee. The day after your live session is Day 1. We measure savings over Days 24–30.
How we measure savings. At the bootcamp, we’ll identify the recurring tasks you plan to automate and record how many minutes your team typically spends on each task. For Days 24–30, log how many times each task was completed and how much staff time it actually took, including monitoring, corrections, and handoffs. Multiply the usual manual time per task by the number completed that week, then subtract the actual staff time. Add the results across tasks to get your agency’s net hours saved. If you don’t have a formal time log, a reasonable estimate supported by your team’s notes or work records is fine.
How to request a refund. Email [email protected] within 14 calendar days after Day 30. Include your order number or receipt, your bootcamp date, and a short summary of the tasks, baseline times, and actual times. We’ll review the calculation and ask for clarification if needed. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
The 14-day request window applies to purchases made after these terms were posted.
